    This will start taking effect after a server restart.

    -Spindle Removed (Can't seem to fix him...)
    -AP Reseter
    -Arsenic Tips changed
    -Lowered rewards for Slime Erasers
    -EXP Rate changed to 21,000x
    -Meso Rate changed to 5,000x
    -Autoban for Godmode/Fast Attack/Instant Drop/Demi
    -30 Silver Slimes spawn in FM every 10 minutes
    -Shanks gives free mesos? WELL TOO BAD,HE DOESN'T ANYMORE, bitches.
    -Shanks NX seller should work, if not use @buynx
    -Only 2 accounts per IP
